About
I deliver business results with AI/ML — and I’ve done it from a few different seats.
Right now I run product end-to-end for an international e-commerce platform — growth, monetisation, and the AI/ML roadmap.
Before that, at Avito — one of the world’s largest marketplaces, 60M+ monthly users — I ran communications and buyer-engagement as an AI/ML product. I wrote the board-approved case to turn batch messaging into an ML-driven growth system — LLM-generated content with reward models, ranking and bandit algorithms, uplift modelling, and send-time optimisation across messenger, email, push, and in-app — and served as GenAI lead for marketing and communications. It moved billions of messages a month and, against a global control group, reached a 5% incremental lift in buyers on Android. I’ve written up what’s actually achievable, and the architecture that gets you there.
Earlier I founded BOXR — AI coaching for boxing, a consumer app plus in-gym software sold as a bundle: on-device computer vision and LLM feedback I built hands-on, top of its category, acquired by a PE roll-up. Before product, I owned strategy and go-to-market for VK’s Marusya voice assistant and smart-speaker line (a 100M-user portal), and I started out in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon.
Alongside the day job I teach and mentor — an invited expert seat at Netology, lectures at Imaguru and ProductStar, startup mentoring and an invited expert seat at the Eurasian Business Conference in London, and judging at ITMO University. I write about AI/ML and product on HackerNoon.
